We Need Your Help
Occasionally you see WebPages requesting a donation. Sometimes it is for a
specific thing, sometimes it is to keep the site running and sometimes it is
both. It is my experience that having a domain, webpage's, forum, TS2 server, (a web
“presence” if you will), requires both donated cold hard cash, and donated
membership time, not only in development/maintenance but something as simple as
adding your thoughts and comments to the forum…to participate.
I would like to address however the less popular donation of money. This area
will allow anyone with a PayPal account to donate to the [81k] 81 Knights -
Vanguard fund.
PayPal personal account is a free service that allows you to pay using your
credit card, debit card or bank account. It is very secure and well established
company (for years now). More information can be found here

Apparently in the past 81k.org (the gaming group and host to [81k] 81 Knights) had a habit
of using this money not necessarily for paying the bills, but to kick it back
for its members. For example if a member falls on hard times and cannot pay for
his game membership they were know to take from the Treasury and give that back
to the member. It was also used in the past for donations sent to families of
members during times of personal crises. The point being this is not a way to
supplement anyone’s income, it is money acquired by members for members.
I know money is tight but if you think about it if we had 100 members donated a single
dollar, we would have $100.00 (plus) in the bank. So, give what you can, when
you can.
